Germany's Energie Baden-Wurttemberg is in contact with the relevant bodies over safety measures to be taken at its nuclear power plants, a spokesman for the generator said Thursday. "We have started to take special safety measures into operation after Sep 11, 2001," said the spokesman, "and we are in (constant) contact with the relevant bodies to adjust those measures." He did not communicate the exact details of the measures as they could then miss their effectiveness, for obvious reasons. EnBW operates five nuclear power plants in Germany: Neckarwestheim-1( 840MW), Neckarwestheim-2 (1,365MW), Obrigheim (357MW), Philippsburg-1 (926MW) and Philippsburg-2 (1,424MW).
